ANNUAL TOWN MEETING AND ELECTION

Notice is hereby give to the qualified voters of Vermillion Township, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Town Meeting and Annual Election of Town Officers will be held at the Pace Hall,

located at 18970 Goodwin Avenue, Hastings, Minnesota on Tuesday, M/3/1arch 13, 2012 between the hours of 10:00 am and 8:00 pm to elect:

One Supervisor for a 3-year term

One Clerk for a 2-year term

The Annual Meeting will follow the Canvas of the Ballots at approximately 8:15 pm to discuss the budget for the coming year and to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. In case of inclement weather the election and meeting will be held Tuesday March 20, 2012.
