Engagement Katie Mimbach & Michael Manthey

Michael and Nancy Mimbach of Hastings are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie (Kathleen) Mimbach, to Michael Manthey of Hastings. Michael is the son of Anna and Michael Stacey of South St. Paul and foster son of Jeannie Evans of Hastings.

Katie is a junior at Saint Catherine University in St. Paul and is working toward a bachelor’s degree in international business with minors in anthropology and Spanish.

Michael is a 2011 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. He is working at Green Mill of Hastings as a kitchen manager.

The wedding is planned for June 2, 2012, at the Mississippi National Golf Course in Red Wing.
