Raiders earn 70-50 win over Park

A strong first half propelled the Hastings boys basketball team to a 70-50 win over Park on Friday night. Hastings held a 32-18 lead at halftime, then outscored the Wolfpack, 38-32, in the second half.

The Raiders got big offensive performances by two players. Josh Monjeau led the team in scoring with 22 points. Darius Wilkerson scored 19 points for Hastings.

DaShaun Harris and Quintan Weaver each had nine. Ben Carlson finished with eight points and Jesse Green had three.

Hastings is now 7-11 on the season.

The Raiders play host to East Ridge at 7:15 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10.

The Raptors are 5-6 in league play.

Hastings has a 2-9 mark in the conference.
