Girls hockey team wins in first round of section tournament, 3-2
The Hastings girls hockey team got its postseason off to a good start with a 3-2 win over Eastview Wednesday night at the Hastings Civic Arena.
The Hastings girls hockey team got its postseason off to a good start with a 3-2 win over Eastview Wednesday night at the Hastings Civic Arena.
Hastings now advances to the section semifinals to take on No. 1 seeded Eagan. The Wildcats beat East Ridge on Wednesday, 5-1, to advance.
Hastings is the No. 4 seed.
The semifinal game will be played at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Veterans Memorial Community Center in Inver Grove Heights.
