Police need help identifying persons of interest in thefts from vehicles

The Hastings Police Department is looking for help in identifying for the individuals and the vehicle in these photographs. These people are wanted for questioning in regard to a theft from a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of transaction cards.

The Hastings Police Department is looking for help in identifying for the individuals and the vehicle in these photographs. These people are wanted for questioning in regard to a theft from a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of transaction cards.
