Noah joins Tulip family

Noah Samuel Tulip was born on Dec. 20, 2011 at Regina Medical Center to Anna and Toby Tulip of Prescott, Wis.

Noah Samuel Tulip was born on Dec. 20, 2011 at Regina Medical Center to Anna and Toby Tulip of Prescott, Wis. At birth Noah weighed 7 pounds 7.5 ounces and was 21 inches long. Noah has four siblings: Austin, Ethan, Isaiah and Orion. Grandparents are Ron and Jackie Grippo and Don and Lori Tulip of Pepin, Wisc.
