Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a judgment entered on June 13, 2011 and a judgment entered November 30, 2011 in the above-entitled action, certified copies of which have been delivered to me directing sale of the property hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to the Plaintiff in the above action from Defendants Colin Garvey and Landscape Depot, Inc., the Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on February 17, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at Dakota County Sheriff's Office, law Enforcement Center, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota 55033, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said judgment, being in Dakota County, Minnesota, to wit:
