ORDINANCE NO. 2010-APUBLICATION SUMMARY

CITY OF MIESVILLE

The City Council of the City of Miesville adopted Ordinance No. 2010-A An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2010 Miesville Zoning Ordinance on December 13, 2011 and approved this summary of Ordinance No. 2010-A for publication. Ordinance No. 2010-A contains several sections, which are summarized as follows:

Section I amends Subdivision 1 of Article VII by adding the General Floodplain Overlay District.

Section II amends Section D., Subdivision 1. "Variances" of Article V Administration to be consistent with State Statutes.
