401 TYLER STREET Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will meet in a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, November 28, 2011 in the City Council Chambers located in the Hastings City Hall, 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings, Minnesota to consider an amendment to Hastings City Code Chapter 155.01 - Zoning Ordinance - Official Zoning Map. The amendment would rezone the residence at 401 Tyler Street from C-3 - Community Regional Commerce to R-2 - Medium Density Residence. The property is legally described as follows: The north 78 feet of the west 48 feet of Lot 3, and the north 78 feet of Lot 4, all in Block 32, TOWN OF HASTINGS, Dakota County, Minnesota.
