NININGER TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of Nininger

Township has scheduled a special meeting to conduct a series of public hearings, beginning at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5, 2011 at the

Nininger Town Hall.

HEARING #1. The purpose of this hearing is to consider amendments to the Nininger Township Zoning Ordinance. Revisions to the ordinance include but are not limited to amendments to the Board of Adjustments and Appeals and Variance provisions, updating performance standards for private sewage and water systems, modifying administrative provisions, updating references to water resource management standards, and other housekeeping

amendments.

HEARING #2. The purpose of this hearing is to consider recommendations to update the Nininger Township Fee Ordinance. The proposed Fee

Ordinance contains a schedule of fees and escrow funds required for various permits, land use actions, and other services rendered by the Township.

Copies of the ordinances may be reviewed by appointment with the Township Clerk. All interested parties are urged to attend these hearings or submit

written comment to be read at the hearings.
