The Hastings girls swimming team cruised to an impressive win over an overpowered Roseville team on Thursday night.

The swimmer of the meet for the Raiders was Lizzy Pagel, who turned in personal best times in all of her events.

It was senior night for the Raiders, and the coaches came up with a number of ways to keep the meet interesting for all the swimmers. Those who turned in personal best times or had touch-out wins, for example, got a strand of beads for each accomplishment. At the end of the night, the swimmer who emerged with the most beads was Megan Jahnke.

Hastings has just one loss on the conference season, a close one against Stillwater.
