Second person booked in Hastings standoff case

A second person was booked with two felonies following the standoff here on May 23-24.
Savanah Marie Rhodes, 21, was booked on two probable cause charges - obstructing the legal process and aiding an offender to avoid arrest.
Rhodes was inside the home on Tiffany Drive in the Cari Park neighborhood during the standoff. She was asked, repeatedly, to leave the house and refused to do so.
After the standoff ended she was booked here at 2:56 a.m. She is being held at the Ramsey County jail.
The standoff ended at about 12:25 a.m.
