Notice is hereby given that under by virtue of a Judgment entered in the above-entitled action on the 23rd day of February, 2010, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises, hereinafter described, to satisfy the judgment amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above entitled action from Defendants Daniel J. Reuter and Lori M. Reuter, prescribed in the Order, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 6th day of May, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., at the Dakota County Law Enforcement Center, 1580 Highway 55, in the City of Hastings, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, the land described and directed to be sold in said Judgment lying and being in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, legally described as follow, to-wit:

Lot 3, Block 14, Barker's Addition, and part of South 33 feet of vacated 4th Street between Locust and Lake Streets, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Dakota County, Minnesota, and commonly known as 1512-4th Street East, Hastings, MN 55033-1422
