Raider girls earn season's first win

The Hastings girls basketball team got a much-deserved notch in the win column with a 51-39 win over Forest Lake last Tuesday.
A balanced scoring attack helped the Raiders on offense, with three players hitting double figures.
Hastings held a 17-12 halftime lead, then outscored Forest Lake in the second half, 34-27.
Senior Liz Keena led the way for Hastings with 17 points. Emily Daggett had 15 points and Kallie Dylla had 10.
Mary Haglund scored 8 and Jordan Marshall had 1.
Hastings is now 1-17 on the season.
Vs. C-DH
Hastings lost to Cretin-Derham Hall on Tuesday of this week, 40-36.
Keena led the Raiders in scoring with 17 points.
Daggett had 9, Lexie Harp had 5, Haglund had 3 and Hannah Norman scored 2.
Vs. Stillwater
Hastings lost to Stillwater on Friday, 61-21.
Keena hit double figures again with 12 points. Haglund had 4, Harp had 4 and Kelsey Nelson scored 1.
