UPDATE - City Council: Awarding a medal

Hastings' City Council meeting will be unusually short tonight. Other than approving the last meetings' minutes and a list of housekeeping items grouped under the consent agenda (which are usually approved without discussion), there are no action items scheduled. Since the agenda was posted, however, an award presentation has been added to the meeting.
