City Council: Next year's budget
The Hastings City Council is holding a special meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9, in the volunteer room in City Hall. The only item on the agenda is the 2011 budget.
The Hastings City Council is holding a special meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9, in the volunteer room in City Hall. The only item on the agenda is the 2011 budget. Councilmembers will get an early start on the budget process by reviewing possible department budget changes and exploring avenues for reducing costs and generating new revenue.
The next regular council meeting will be at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 16, in the council chambers.
