ELC celebrates 25 years

St. Philip’ s Early Learning Center, 1401 W. 15th St., will celebrate its 25th anniversary with an open house from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sunday, May 23, in the church's fellowship hall.

The ELC has a total enrollment of 96 children, with a staff consisting of a director, two teachers, and two classroom aides.

Refreshments will be served.
