Snow emergency declared in Hastings

A snow emergency has been declared in the city of Hastings.

Snow emergencies go into effect automatically when two or more inches of snow falls. Effective immediately, vehicles cannot be parked on any city street until it’s been plowed curb to curb and it has stopped snowing.
