NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VERMILLION TOWNSHIP

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Vermillion Town Board will hold a public hearing on June 9, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. at the Vermillion Town Hall,

to receive public input on the application from Arlo Rhoads and Renee Rhoads and Dakota Investments for the Conditional Use Permit to

construct, operate and maintain two wind turbines on property located generally at 18575 Donnelly Avenue, Vermillion Township and legally described generally as lying easterly of State Highway 52

within the NE 1/4 of Section 18, Township 114N, Range 18W,

Dakota County, Minnesota.

All interested persons should attend.
