'Growing Up Lutheran' author speaks Nov. 18
Author and Hastings resident Janet Letnes Martin will share stories of “Growing Up Lutheran” at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, at a free program sponsored by the Denmark Township Historical Society.
Author and Hastings resident Janet Letnes Martin will share stories of “Growing Up Lutheran” at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, at a free program sponsored by the Denmark Township Historical Society. The program will be at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 8435 St. Croix Trail in Denmark Township.
Martin has written many books. “Growing Up Lutheran” inspired the musical “Church Basement Ladies.” Martin is the owner of the Scandinavian Marketplace gift shop in Hastings.
