WW II Re-enactment event planned
Dakota City Heritage Village will hold its fourth annual Armed Forces Day WWII weekend on Saturday, May 18, and Sunday, May 19. Saturday hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday hours will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The village is located at the fairgrounds in Farmington.
The World War II Historical Re-enacting Society will have over 30 groups performing a WWII Living History weekend, according to organizers Jon Boorom and Ray Rygula.
