Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of the Order for Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure Pursuant to Stipulation entered in the above entitled action on the 17th day of June, 2009 ("Judgment and Decree"), a certified copy of which has been delivered to me, directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged to be due and owing to Plaintiff Lutheran Church Extension Fund- Missouri Synod in the above entitled action, upon the mortgage from Defendant Praise Lutheran Church to Plaintiff Lutheran Church Extension Fund- Missouri Synod dated October 29, 2002 and recorded in the office of the Dakota County Recorder on January 3, 2003 as Document No. 1979715 securing an original principal amount of $1,243,380.38, as modified by the Extension and Modification Agreement dated August 5, 2003 and recorded in the office of the Dakota County Recorder on February 18, 2004 ad Document No. 2176546 and upon which there was found to be due and owing as of the date of the Judgment and Decree the sum of $1,095,051.61, together with interest at the rate of $158.72 per day from and after May 21, 2009 through the date of entry of judgment, together with attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $24,964.77, as prescribed in the Judgment and Decree, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 20th day of August, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., at the Offices of the Dakota County Sheriff, Dakota County Law Enforcement Center, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota 55033, the premises and the real estate located in Dakota County, Minnesota and described in said Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure, to wit:

Lot 2, Block 1, Eagan Hills Alliance Church Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota.
