NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by virtue of a Judgment entered in the above-entitled action on June 25, 2009, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me and which is attached hereto, directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to said Plaintiff in the above-entitled action, the Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on September 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at the Sheriff's Office, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota 55033, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment:
