Exclusive of the expenses of advertising and sale, the amount due to Stock Building Supply shall be $37,108.16- pursuant to Stock Building Supply's Amended Mechanic's Lien Statement dated May 8, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Dakota County Registrar of Titles on May 8, 2008, as Document No. 627648- Stock Building Supply having filed said Amended Mechanic's Lien Statement following Defendant EZ Pro's failure to compensate Stock Building Supply for the labor and materials it provided to improve the property hereinafter described.

Dudley's Millwork, Inc.

Exclusive of the expenses of advertising and sale, the amount due to Dudley's Millwork shall be $17,640.90- pursuant to Dudley's Millwork's Mechanic's Lien Statement dated April 30, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Dakota County Registrar of Titles on May 8, 2008, as Document No. 627696- Dudley's Millwork having filed said Mechanic's Lien Statement following Defendant EZ Pro's failure to compensate Dudley's Millwork for the labor and materials it provided to improve the property hereinafter described.
