Raiders' lacrosse girls lose to Raptors, 20-1

Not much went the way of the blue and gold in girls lacrosse on Monday. Hastings lost a Suburban East Conference matchup to East Ridge, 20-1. It was the conference opener for both teams.

“We had a rough start and just never recovered,” coach Nikki Peterson said.

Megan Shoen had the lone Hastings goal.

Hastings is now 0-5 on the season.

In the junior varsity game, Hastings lost to East Ridge 15-2.

Scoring goals for Hastings were Pav Clarke and Claire Schmitz.


Hastings plays at Stillwater on Monday and then plays host to Woodbury at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
