Raiders football scores win over Park

After a rough first two weeks of the season, the Hastings football team finally got a taste of the good life on Friday night with a 21-7 win over Park of Cottage Grove.

"It has been a good week," Hastings coach Dana Strain said. "It is nice to have a good day on the field and to get our offense going."

After a scoreless first quarter, Hastings put up 21 points in the second quarter. Park scored its touchdown in the second, too, but couldn't stop the Raiders in the second.
