Police seeking info on vehicle that hit teen on March 23

Two juvenile pedestrians were hit by a vehicle in the parking lot at the Westview Center just before 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 23.

Officers responded to the hospital upon learning a juvenile there was being treated after being hit.

The driver of the a purple vehicle threw ketchup packets at the juveniles. The vehicle left, then returned and approached the group, swerving at them and ultimately hitting two juveniles.

One of the juveniles ended up on the hood. The juvenile held on before falling from the vehicle.

Inside the vehicle were five females.

The driver had dark hair. The vehicle being sought was described as "older" and purple.

Witnesses were able to provide a partial license plate number. Officers are still looking for the vehicle.
