• Two juvenile females reportedly ran away from the Hastings Middle School at just after 1 p.m. May 7. The girls were seen near Highway 55, entering the back yard of a home.

Officers located the girls, one 13 and the other 14, who had decided to skip school. They were returned to school and their parents were contacted.

• A Hastings female reported a suspicious male took photographs of her near Levee Park at 5:38 p.m. May 8. The photographer was not located.

• A mental health concern was called in after a man was seen acting strange and heard attempting to speak with God on May 8.

He was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.

• Officers were called on the report of a female sleeping in the grass at Lions Park, located in the 1000 block of Fifth Street, on May 9. She was located and transported to Ramsey County detox.
