NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a judgment made and entered in the above-entitled action on the 13th day of March, 2009, by the District Court of Dakota County, Minnesota, First Judicial District, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due Plaintiff in the above-entitled action from Defendants Derek Virkus and Jody Virkus as prescribed in the Judgment, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 28, day of May, 2009, at 10:00 A.M., at the lobby of the Sheriff's Office, Dakota County Law Enforcement Center, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota, 55033, the premises and real estate, lying and being in the County of Dakota, Stat of Minnesota, described in said judgment, to wit: Lot Three (3), Block (1), Eagle Oaks Estates 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Premises").

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the Order made and entered in the above-entitled action on the 13th day of March, 2009, by the District Court of Dakota County, Minnesota, First Judicial District, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me, the redemption period for the Premises is six months from the Sheriff Sale, above-described, according to Minnesota law.
