NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the judgments entered in the above-entitled action on February 15, 2013 and December 19, 2013, certified copies of which have been delivered to me, I, the Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on August 8, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the Dakota County Sheriff\'s Office, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, MN 55033, the real estate described in said judgments, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, Maas Commercial Centre, Dakota County, Minnesota, except the South 69.32 feet thereof;
The foregoing real property is also registered as is evidence by Certificate of Title No. 116446.
The described real property is commonly referred to as 14501 Judicial Road, Burnsville, MN 55306.
Said sale will be made to satisfy the sum found and adjudged to be due on said judgments to Plaintiff, plus additional interest and costs and disbursements as allowed by law, and shall be subject to redemption by the mortgagors, their personal representatives, or assigns, as established by the District Court in an Order Confirming the Sale.
