Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Judgment and Judgment Directing Foreclosure herein dated June 6, 2013, and judgment thereon entered June 6, 2013, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me, directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due plaintiff Great Southern Bank in the above entitled action as prescribed in the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment, and Judgment, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County, Minnesota, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 8th day of August, 2013 at 10:00 o\'clock A.M., at The Law Enforcement Center, in the Sheriff\'s office, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, within the said County and State, the premises and real estate legally described in said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment, lying and being in the County of Dakota State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 32, Block 1, KNOB RIDGE, Dakota County, Minnesota, together with non-exclusive appurtenant easements as contained in Common Interest Community Number 401 a Planned Community, Knob Ridge Town Office Park, Declaration dated June 10, 2003, recorded as Document No. 2135581 on November 4, 2003, as amended by the First Amended and Restated Declaration dated August 10, 2004, recorded as Document No. 2237506 on August 13, 2004, as modified by the Severance Agreement dated November 17, 2005, as evidenced by the Memorandum of Severance Agreement recorded as Document No. 2396083 on January 10, 2006, as amended by the Amended and Restated Declaration dated November 17, 2005, recorded as Document No. 2396084 on January 10, 2006, as modified by the Severance Agreement dated August 18, 2006, recorded as Document No. 2487130 on January 11, 2007, as amended by the First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Declaration dated September 15, 2006, recorded as Document No. 2487131 on January 11, 2007, and the Second Amendment to the Amended and Restated Declaration dated September 15, 2006, recorded as Document No. 2487132 on January 11, 2007,
together with all improvements thereon, and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereto (the "Real Property").
