NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, under and by virtue of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment, and Judgment entered in the above-entitled action on the 27th day of October, 2011 (collectively "Judgment and Decree"), certified copies of which have been delivered to me directing the sale of the mortgaged property, as hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above-entitled action as prescribed in the Judgment and Decree, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, on th 25th day of January 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Sheriff's Main Office, Law Enforcement Center, 1580 Highway 55, in the City of Hastings, in said County and State, the premises, real estate and personal property, lying and being in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, known as 7421- 143rd Street Court West, Apple Valley, Minnesota 55124, and legally described as Lot 6, Block 4, Greenleaf Townhouses Third Addition.
