NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on March 12, 2014, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to James M. Oberg in the above-entitled action, the Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on May 22, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the office of the Sheriff of Dakota County, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment:
The South 780.00 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 27, Range 23, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying East of the Easterly right-of-way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railway as now established, excepting however, the East 558.50 feet of said tract, according to the Government Survey thereof subject to public road as now established, together with a non-exclusive easement for roadway purposes over and across the West 33.00 feet of the East 558.50 feet of the South 780.00 feet of the above described quarter quarter section. Reserving, however, in Andrew M. Anderson and Hulda C. Anderson, his wife, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, with the right to dedicate said tract for a public road at their discretion; and subject to a non-exclusive easement for roadway purposes over and across the East 33.00 feet of the ten acre tract above described in favor of Andrew M. Anderson and Hulda C. Anderson, his wife, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, with the right on their part to convert said 33 foot easement to a public road at their discretion.
Except that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 27, Range 23, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence Westerly along the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 1043.50 feet to the point of beginning, thence deflect 90 degrees to the right, 312 feet; thence deflect 90 degrees to the left to the intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railway; thence Southerly along said right-of-way line to the intersection with the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence Easterly along said South line to the point of beginning, except the South 1 rod thereof.
