1.Default has occurred in the conditions of the Declarations of Cornerstone Lake 4th Addition Condominiums Association, Inc., CIC No. 402, Dakota County, Minnesota, by Ryan C. Webber, as fee owner of the below-described property subject to said Declarations.

2.Pursuant to the Declarations of Cornerstone Lake 4th Addition Condominiums Association, Inc., filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder for Dakota County on July 22, 2004, as Document No. 2228378, and all amendments thereto, and Minnesota Statutes 515B, a statutory lien exists for unpaid assessments and fees incurred and levied from September 1, 2008, to the date of this notice.
