The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W ½ of SW ¼) of Section 26, Township 114, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota except the East 967.48 feet of the South 450.24 feet thereof.

Parcel 3:

That part of the South 99.0 acres of the West Half of the West Half (W ½ of W ½) of Section 26, Township 114, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of the South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW ¼ of NW ¼) of said Section 26.

The North 700 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW ¼ of NW ¼) of Section 26, Township 114, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota.
