Minneapolis-Duluth/Superior Passenger Rail Alliance gets half of request from state
The Minneapolis-Duluth/Superior Passenger Rail Alliance received half of the money it had requested of the state Legislature to help pay for a study of the line.
A bill containing $900,000 for the study made it past the governor's veto pen, but another that would appropriate $1 million more wasn't as lucky.
