Man walks into bar, orders a water, eats black pepper then heads to Wisconsin

A suspicious male was reported at 2:10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the 800 block of Bahls Drive. The man jumped out at a restaurant employee and startled her while she was on a break. The man introduced himself as "Viral."

He went into the restaurant, sat at the bar, poured pepper into his hand and ate it.

The male appeared to be homeless.

He asked for a glass of water. A bartender filled his water bottle and asked him to leave. Ninety minutes later the man returned and ordered a beer. The staff asked for his ID. The male said he had ID but didn't need it yet. He became offended and he was asked to leave.

The man was next seen near a salon a few blocks away. At 5:30 p.m., the man was located near the police department. Officers interviewed him and the man said he was headed to Wisconsin. Officers gave him directions on how to get there.
