Letter: Remember those who can't speak loudly for themselves
To the editor,
Merry Christmas to everyone. I am just thinking of those whose voices are small this season. Try to remember the elders, the children, the animals, the environment and all those who can't speak very loudly for themselves this Christmas season. They need us to see them and to have gratitude for them. They are gifts too often overlooked. The blessings may not be in financial stability, or a stress-free life. They are likely in the places we neglect to look when we are in a hurry to finish up our shopping and last minute gathering details. And don't forget God. If you need a direction in life, or even just during Christmas, where better to look? May this message find you well and in a peaceful place this Christmas and New Year.
