The City of Hastings is preparing for another snow emergency. Snow started falling here Monday at noon and has continued. It is expected that by the time the snow stops falling Tuesday morning, the area will have received another six to eight inches of snow.

City crews will be tagging and towing parking vehicles on city streets tonight to make room for plows to do their work.
