Hastings boys tennis team cruises to 6-1 win over Park

The Hastings boys tennis team had no trouble beating Park of Cottage Grove last week, downing the Wolfpack 6-1.

The Raiders swept the three doubles positions.

The top team of Alex Zuzek and Danny Steiner won 6-1, 6-3.

Ben Klimek and Killian Konrady won at second doubles, 6-0, 6-0.

The third team of Alec Rudh and Carson Whyle won 6-1, 3-6, 6-1.

Even the exhibition doubles team of Brandon Karilla and Joe Zak won, 6-4, 6-0.

In singles play, Austin Houska won at No. 1 singles, 6-4, 7-6 (7-4).

Craig Nielsen fell at second doubles, 6-1, 7-5.

Steve Roach won at third singles, 6-2, 6-1.

Robby Troje won at fourth singles, 6-3, 6-0.
