Hampton Days is this weekend

The community of Hampton is celebrating Hampton Days this weekend.

The event kicks off on Friday, June 20, with a special outdoor showing of The Lego Movie at dusk in the Hampton City Park. Attendees are asked to bring their own lawn chairs. In case of inclement weather, the movie will be moved to Saturday, June 21.

On Saturday, events include concessions, bouncy houses and a Dakota County bike rodeo, which is planned for 10 a.m. at Hampton City Hall.

At 4 p.m. on Saturday at the park, Tricia and the Toonies will have what they are calling an “Enviro-Show.”

The Hampton Cardinals baseball team will also be in action. They play at 2 p.m. Saturday against the Rosetown A’s and on Sunday at 2 p.m. against the Dundas Dukes.
