H1N1 clinics scheduled, including one in Hastings
Dakota County has received additional supplies of the H1N1 vaccine and people 6 months to 64 years old can be vaccinated at Dakota County Clinics. There is one in Hastings and several in Dakota County in the coming week.
Clinics for which appointments are necessary are scheduled at the following times and dates: noon to 4 p.m., Monday, Dec. 28, Hastings Administrative Center; 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 28, Western Service Center, Apple Valley; and 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 30, Northern Service Center, Mendota Heights.
To make an appointment, call 438-4777 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Walk-in clinics are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at both the Western Service Center (Apple Valley) and the Northern Service Center (Mendota Heights).
There is no charge for the vaccines, but bring your insurance card with you, so that your insurance company can be billed for the administration fee. Allow five to 10 minutes to complete the forms.
