"We were extremely happy with the score," Hastings coach Megan Latch said. "It was another great meet. All around, we just had good performances. Everybody had a good night."

Junior varsity

The Hastings junior varsity team continues to improve as well. The Raiders haven't been able to field a complete team yet, but they are getting closer. Even without a full team against White Bear Lake, the Raiders scored 93.9 points.

"We had a couple girls compete on new events for the first time," Latch said. "We are adding to that this week, too. We're continuing to add people.

"It's a big goal of ours, to get a JR team, so we're getting close."
