Girls basketball team falls to Ponies, Bears

The Hastings girls basketball team lost a pair of Suburban East Conference games last week.

The Raiders lost to Stillwater on Friday, 61-26.

Hastings was led in scoring by Sam Schorzman, who had nine.

Lily Arvidson had 6, Grace Daggett had 3, Hanna Norman had 7 and Kayla Denault had 1.

On Tuesday night, Hastings lost to White Bear Lake, 76-21.

Norman led Hastings in scoring with 8. Arvidson had 4, Schorzman had five and Brooke Beissel had 4.

Hastings plays at Mounds View on Friday and at East Ridge on Tuesday.
