CVS gets Vermillion Street access

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has given approval to CVS Pharmacy for a right-in only entrance from Vermillion Street to the proposed CVS site at the northeast corner of Vermillion and 15th streets. CVS is proposing to build a new store location that would take up the entire block. Three access points were proposed; one on 14th Street, one on 15th Street and one on Vermillion Street. Because Vermillion Street is also a state highway, MnDOT had to sign off on the access. Getting the approval was one of the last hurdles for CVS to cross in order to move ahead with its plans.
