Angel Gelhar is crowned Mankato homecoming queen
Angel Gelhar was recently crowned the Minnesota State University-Mankato homecoming queen. She graduated from Hastings High School in 2010 and is now a senior at Mankato.
Angel is studying psychology with a minor in sociology. She will graduate in May of 2014 and plans on attending graduate school for counseling and student personnel with an emphasis in student affairs. Angel went through an interview process and was selected to be on MSU’s homecoming court. On Sept. 26, coronation was held and Angel was crowned as homecoming queen. Angel is involved with the MSU Women’s Lacrosse Club, Residential Life, New Student and Family Programs, National Residence Hall Honorary, and Psi Chi, the international psychology honorary.
