AH-HA holds free small business health screenings
After a very successful turnout in 2013, A Healthier Hastings 4 All (AH-HA) is back for a second year to provide free health screenings for employees of small businesses in Hastings. This includes spouses or family members over the age of 18. The screenings will take place Tuesday, March 4, and Wednesday, March 5, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the lower level of Allina Health – Nininger Clinic, 1285 Nininger Road in Hastings. Each appointment will last approximately 20 minutes.
Each complimentary and confidential health screening includes a check of the participant’s total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, blood glucose, height, weight, BMI and blood pressure, followed by a complimentary health consultation to review the results. All participants are asked to come fasting. Breakfast and prizes will be provided after the screening.
