At least 500 people attended the open house-style Summer Kickoff event at the Rotary Pavilion on June 6. There was everything from bounce houses and knockerball to live music and food vendors.

The event celebrated the start of summer and promoted the upcoming summer programs through the Parks and Recreation Department.
